El usuario más seguido es el expresidente de los Estados Unidos, Barack Obama con aproximadamente 130 millones de seguidores, seguido del cantante Justin Bieber con aproximadamente 114 millones. La mujer más seguida es la cantante Katy Perry con más de 108 millones de seguidores. Hasta el mes de octubre de 2021 solo cuatro cuentas han superado los 100 millones de seguidores.
